Padded Shell Chair by Charles Eames, for Herman Miller.

Circa 1950's

This chair has definitely lived a little...but I couldn't resist putting on the site. A classic chair...but what a colour! Bright green shell with darker green seat cover, grey vinyl edging. I just love it! Fully stamped and numbered underneath.

In definite 'lived in' condition. Shell in good shape, but fabric seat has some staining (see last pic), and chrome legs are pitted quite badly....still a great chair!
