Teak "Capella' Armchair by Illum Wikkelso, for Niels Eilersen, Denmark.

The 'Capella' or Model 4...a beautifully simple armchair with some lovely touches. The classic paddle arms with that lovely jointing...so pretty, good proportions too. This is the low-back version, with it's original black leather.

In great vintage condition. Frame good and solid with a few small mark/dinks commensurate with age. Leather in great 'worn in' condition. Webbing new.
